Challenges that will make you grow

• You will independently provide generalist advice to all areas, hierarchy levels and locations of the Speira Group, particularly in Germany and Norway.
• You are the main contact person for the Supply Chain and Procurement division.
• You will review, draft and negotiate contracts in English and German.
• You will train the organization on contract and liability issues.
• You will manage any outsourcing to law firms.
• With creativity, determination and a passion for practical solutions, you will ensure that your legal advice is implemented.
• You will work in a motivating environment, be involved in processes and decisions and be part of the entire Speira team thanks to our flat hierarchies.

What sets you apart

• You are a fully qualified German lawyer (“Volljurist") (m/f/d) and have approx. 5-10 years of professional experience in a law firm or the legal department of a company.
• Your way of working is characterized by openness, commitment, pragmatism, independence and team spirit and you look forward to a constructive and appreciative cooperation.
• You take ownership of your work contributions and the end product.
• You see yourself as a solution-oriented business partner who provides profound advice, recognizes economic factors and who aims at achieving the economic optimum.
• You have sound knowledge and professional experience, particularly in the following areas: (international) contract and commercial law and experience on the purchasing side in the areas of works and service contracts as well as building law including machine and plant construction.
• Above-average exam results, an MBA and experience abroad would be ideal.
• Fluency in German and English rounds off your profile.

Our working hours are flexible, and the Legal & Compliance team works in a hybrid manner. Working part-time close to full-time could be an option.
