Challenges that make you grow

  • Support Internal Controls Manager maintaining the group-wide Internal Controls system including governance frameworks and tools
  • Work on continuous development of our Internal Controls framework covering financial and non-financial aspects incl. Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and Internal Control over Sustainability Reporting (ICSR)
  • Contribute to the implementation and roll-out of a group-wide set of Internal Control over Sustainability Reporting
  • Perform test of control procedures to monitor effectiveness of control execution
  • Facilitate group-wide self-assessment process for Internal Controls
  • Identify critical risks as and follow-up on defined actions
  • Support business process improvements and prepare process descriptions and process flowcharts
  • lnteract closely with business to strengthen awareness and support the effective implementation of relevant risk mitigation measures
  • Provide advice and support for identified improvement areas
  • Develop and execute trainings and communication material including e-learnings

Qualifications that will help you get ahead

  • University degree in finance, business administration or equivalent qualifications
  • At least three years of relevant experience within Internal Controls, preferably in an international environment and/or from Big4 auditing or consulting
  • Project management skills, ability to co-ordinate effectively cross-functional teams
  • Proactive approach with demonstrated ability to effectively implement systems and actions
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Analytical and structured way of working
  • Ability and interest to work independently and in a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Additional experience in IT audit and/or ESG reporting is an advantage
