Challenges that make you grow

 

  • Further develop and maintain the enterprise risk management system and procedures in line with industry best practices
  • Evaluate risks/ opportunities and corresponding risk mitigation strategies
  • Review, monitor and report company's critical risks incl. lessons learned and follow up of defined actions
  • Support and work closely with business units and other functions on risk management
  • Carry out risk analysis for particularly exposed areas
  • Facilitate relevant workshops/ trainings

 

 

Qualifications that will help you get ahead

 

  • Degree in finance, economics, engineering or corresponding education level
  • Several years of relevant experience within risk management and risk controlling, preferably in an international, industrial environment or consulting
  • Experience in developing and implementing risk frameworks with focus on policy & procedures, risk assessment
  • Project management skills, ability to co-ordinate effectively cross-functional teams
  • Proactive approach, with demonstrated ability to work strategically and implement initiatives and actions
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn and an analytical and structured working method
  • Team-player with the ability to also work independently and not afraid to challenge, whilst supporting business
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Business fluent in German and English and strong communication skills
