Challenges that will make you grow

 

  • Support to the CFO and the management team to execute the Group strategy and the business growth through delivery of timely, high quality, relevant and cost effective financial insight and analysis
  • Build strong business partnerships to effectively address customer and business requirements 
  • Proactively assist businesses and functions through analysis and solution proposals.
  • Build and develop a team to ensure the relevance, accuracy, and completeness of financial analysis.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure precise financial forecasting and valuable variance analysis with the support of Treasury, Reporting and the Business leaders .
  • Coordinate larger strategic decision-making processes and responsible for the relevant investment business cases
  • Develop and implement processes to optimize financial aspects, including working capital management.
  • Prepare accurate and insightful management reports with detailed analyses and commentaries.
  • Update annual financial forecasts, considering bank covenants.
  • Continuously improve working capital control and automate processes.

 

Qualifications that will get you ahead

  • University degree in Business Administration. (MBA or equivalent is preferable)
  • >10 years of Finance / Business Finance experience within an industrial business environment.
  • Excellent understanding of finance and management accounting and the ability to analyse, prioritise and respond to multiple demands on time and resources.
  • Able to design, develop and implement metrics to measure improvement in performance.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Hands-on mentality with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Very good presentation and communication skills and able to impact und influence others.
  • Team player and ability to thrive in a matrix organization
  • Fluent in English and proficient in German
